Alpha Trade accounts are created and provided only to authorized business clients (brokerages, exchanges, and related institutions). Alpha Trade may suspend or terminate access if accounts are misused or these Terms are violated.

All software, code, widgets, APIs, content, branding, and documentation are the exclusive property of Alpha Trade Ltd. You receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform as provided. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, resell, sublicense, or embed our products without prior written permission from Alpha Trade.

Use of the platform

The platform is made available to business clients for demonstration and evaluation purposes. Alpha Trade does not provide investment advice or financial services.If brokerages or exchanges choose to use our widgets with their end-users, it is their sole responsibility to ensure the proper disclaimers and compliance (including stating that the widgets are for educational purposes). Alpha Trade is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or trading outcomes of any end-users who may view or interact with the widgets.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The platform and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Alpha Trade does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or availability of the data displayed in widgets, including data from third-party providers such as TradingView. Alpha Trade is not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from use of the platform.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Trade’s liability is excluded for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination of access

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to our website or platform at any time, without prior notice, if we believe these Terms have been violated or for other operational or security reasons.

Governing law and dispute resolution
